“Life is not a spectator sport, and at the end of the day, I will not say, “What If?”
I admit, not very good at sitting on the side lines. Between sports and physic training I have over 24 years of experience to draw from. One of my greatest strengths would probably be the fact that my early journey with fitness I did everything the wrong way. With that being said, experiencing the pitfalls first hand usually helps me identify and anticipate problems or plateaus with my clients.
Today the fitness world is wide open. I remember times when so much of the information concerning health and nutrition was coveted. Today this vital information is at the touch of our fingers. Sometimes it seems like it is information overload. Consultation is more important now than it ever was. I live to assist people with their fitness or overall health journey.
This may sound cliche but at the end of the day I just want to experience a purposeful life and help others do the same. I attempt to share everything that I know and have experienced with others. My clients range from the young to old from the disabled to the professional athlete, from a retired CEO to a hospitality intern. Whether your dream is to dominate a sport or to shed a couple pounds I would be glad to help.
